I will go thru this and clean it over time, maybe do some more pics if I can get my hand on some more forks needing work.

Some Q&A:

Q. Do you have to drill the holes in the spacers that the tool we made fits into?
A. No. The holes are factory, as seen in the pics plastic used on 1k, and aluminum for the Busa.

Q. Can you something else for the tools handles?
A. Of course you can. This was merely the result of 14min of thinking, buying some hardware and cutting/drilling etc.. If you use smaller diameter threaded rod you shouldn't need to grind down the ends like I did.

Q. What weight fluid?
A. Good question. Not exactly sure since its rider weight, style of riding etc dependent. Since my weight put me b/w the spring rates for street and race, I went a little heavier fluid which will add a little resistance.
