Wondering what peoples opinions are on there lines? Figuring if I have to bleed to clutch to do the Canadian mike's cover then I mine as well do all the brakes to and better yet replace all the factory lines with SS. WHat do you recommend?

IMO SS lines are all the same.

The question is not how far. The question is do you possess the constitution, the depth of faith to go as far as is needed? The Duke.

The differences between brands are mainly in the fitment colour and line covering colour options. (There are some dodgies around but you'll know it when you see it). That's why we do Speiglers. Lots of colours and good lines too. Nothing wrong with Goodies. They are a fine brand too.
They look very well made
Braided line give you better performance and feel when doing both hard & soft braking. Also better piece of mind & confindenance in stopping at high speeds, at least for me it does. Also give a sporty performance look to your scoot!

Hey frisbee, how is the goodridge clutch line supposed to be routed?
Speigler here. Wish I went 1 or 2 inches over in the front though. Seems a smidgen tight and I might install Heli-bars.
Have a great day

i did the swap for s/s on mine , took off the rubber bushings from the stock lines and used them with the s/s lines , gives them a clean look plus they are not hanging loose, the clutch line i ran it though the frame as close as posible to the original route leaving enough line at the master cylinder to steer, when installing turn the the wheel to the right and leave enough line so you can turn freely!
Speigler`s are the best, everything else pretty much the same.

I just went online lookin for HEL lines and found out they have gone out of buisness, blaming their overseas partners on their downfall. This might be old news to some, but I didn't see it coming. They still have ads running in super streetbike magazine.
I'd have to agree with Heavy too. Not sure if there's any definitive difference in the various brands. I carry the Galfer's and it's all good. Main thing is just get rid of the stock.
When I upgraded mine to braided lines and a wave rotor in the rear, couldn't believe the difference. Thought I'd gotten a whole new bike out of the deal. Considering how inexpensive braided lines are, get a set ordered and slap 'em on.

Here's a cool supermacro I shot of the braiding in the lines...
