Thread: Gel Seat

So I sucked it up today and ordered a OEM Gel Seat for my B King form a Fleabay dealer fingers are crossed and will post up pictures when it comes in

They are hit and miss for those that like em.

Ok it arrived about an hour ago. First the seller was a class act. Shipped very quickly in the OEM packaging , it arrived less than 48 hours from me winning the bid.
The seat itself is what you would expect . Covered with a basket weave vinyl it is about .25 to .5 inched thicker across the whole seat. ( I will post up a few pictures a bit later. Fit and finish is on par with any Suzuki factory product.
Riding will be the real test but at first glance this seams to be a Cruiser Seat rather than a sporting seat the extra padding may make changing position on the seat a bit more of a challenge. On the other hand, the area under your but loses that saran wrap over card board feel. I would guess I am at least 4 weeks out for a thorough testing.
