    Battery

Ok guys the battery on my 04 bsua has finally gave up. I can go any place and buy a battery including my store. What I would like is an Odyssey battery, does anyone know if they make a battery to fit the busa and if so do you have a part number for it. If anyone has a better battery then the Odyssey then I am open to suggetion as well. Thanks everyone.

A forum for motorcycle in general. This site is my personal website being ran by myself Heavybusa and soon BigGeorge. It is a place we can go and talk about all bikes dirt, street, cruiser or whatever else. Also a place we can converge on if Extreme ever has problems so you can get in touch with us to find out what is going on and when Extreme will be up and running again.

Not too happy with the Odyssey. I had one of those on anohter bike and it was a pain to charge. Realize you cannot use a standard battery tender with the odyssey. It won't charge. I replaced the battery on my '04 this year as well. I purchased the Yuasa YT12A-BS which is the standard maint free battery for the busa. Nothing wrong with that battery, plus you won't have fitment issues.

Well I can order that throw my battery vender at work, I just was wondering about that Odyssey but I also don't want a battery that I have to take to work to charge, thats a pain in the arss. I think I can get the yuasa from work for like 65 bones so no big deal heck thats cheaper then my quad battery

I always buy Yuasa, a battery is not something you want to take a chance on IMO.

Yeah they are kinda spendy over the counter but I pay below wholesale because we sell them through my parts store.
