12 Killed 31 Wounded. RIP to fellow my soldiers and prayers goes out to the families of those killed and wounded. This is a sad day for Ft. Hood, the city of Killeen, TX and the US Army. Its bad enough that we lose our servicemembers to combat defending our country from terrorist acts but to lose them at home here in the US the place where we feel safe at the hands of another soldier is senseless. This upsets me!

Early reports states that the shooter, a Army Major who was recently reassigned from Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC, fired 45-50 rounds before being gunned down by military personnel, the military post is currently still on lock down.

The other 2 are only held as suspects. Not confirmed as shooters yet.

RIP for sure, I know that our soldiers are over taxed and emotionally exhausted.
May god have mercy.

Oh no! I just heard about this a couple hours ago. (Been busy)
Unreal. I guess it's similar to all those high school incidents, the difference being that those involved here are trained professionals in the use of firearms.
The shooter was just at Walter Reed?!!?!? I was born at the original Walter Reed and I live within 10 miles of both the old and new facilities. It's scary that these time-bomb are walking among us.
RIP to the good who have died young.

Im not sure what to say.
Being safe on home soil, IMO, is something you should never need to second guess.
