    Angry Nicecycle Fairings

I don't know if anybody here have purchased Nicecycle Fairings but it has been a terrible experience. First off their fairings aren't made here in the US as they states on their website the fairing are made and shipped from overseas but keep in mind on their website they talk about cheap fairings made overseas when they fairing come from the same place and about 400$ more than the ones on ebay. I just found out today when I called about my order. I placed my order on feb. 25 when I placed my order online and then called and asked if all my information was received and then I was told my order would be delivered to my door in 12-15 days mar. 21 still no fairings. So I called today to find out it might be another 14-21 days before I get them and still no shipping number but was told my fairings were shipped but no tracking number and that they can't confirm my fairings has shipped either they shipped or not. I try to think positive about the situation but this is the worst online situation I have ever experience. I have nevered ordered anything online and didn't get a tracking number with in 48 hours. Anybody on here have similar experience with this company?

Went through almost the same thing, took a month and a half to receive my fairings from them with no tracking #. Then when I finally got them had two broken pieces, 3 weeks later got my replacement pieces. As for them being made in the US is BS, because all the paperwork on the shipping box is from china. I'm just glad the fairings fit nicely, but would not order from again.

It looks nice, you airbrushed it? So how much did you actually modify to make it fit?

Why would you accept it if it was the wrong color and didnt fit?

Their whole sales pitch is how much better they are than eBay:

That sales pitch is from 2 years ago. I've had 3 bodies from ebay - all of which came from Auctmarts - and the new generation of kits DO NOT look like the images in NiceCycle graphic. Specifically, that top right pic is from the older style headlight mount in the nose. That design SUCKED! It's now vastly improved and looks as OEM as possible.

An excellent example of this type of BS marketing is "plug and play" HID kits. Years ago HID kits were a PITA to install and had several wires that needed to be spliced. Then came kits with OEM type harnesses that allowed for 10-min installations. I've noticed that companies are still using "plug and play" in their advertisements. But the bottom line is all kits are now "plug and play".

Personally, I would not have accepted the kit. But I do appreciate the fact that you waited and probably wanted your bike ready to ride. I've shipped back a kit, and I wasn't happy to do it. But when I order something I want what I paid for. It's easy to get emotionally involved in a purchase, but you're the customer and you should receive what you ordered.

IMO... NiceCycle is making a poor name for themselves.

I'm happy that you're happy, though. And your Busa will certainly stand out in the crowd.

    Threads merged.

I didn't have to modify anything everything went together fine except for the side pieces by cluster or by the grips. No airbrush to my knowledge.

The couldn't guarantee me that the new set of fairings would be exactly the pearl white metallic and that if i didn't want the kit I would have to pay $200 restocking fees and paying the shipping and handling to send the fairings back to china so I kept them.

Damn, I am almost tempted to file a grievance against them on FB... that is false advertisement.

I'm glad you are happy with what you got, its just messed up how they do business.

Next time boys and girls, but straight from Acumarts.

I think if you would have told them that what you got was not what you ordered and told them you were going to contact your lawyer they would have changed there tune a little bit on the restocking and freight back to them.
I would have been a little upset and would make sure I told everyone I came in contact with that this company is a joke.

    From the NiceCycle website:

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

NiceCycle sportbike fairings are the best in the industry - we back this up with complete customer service, before and after the sale. We back up ever fairing set we sell, no questions asked! Our fairings are machine made - in our own factory, by our own NiceCycle employees, painted by our own NiceCycle skilled painters. WE DO NOT OUT SOURCE OUR PRODUCTS. Everything we do is within the company, ensuring proper quality control throughout the manufacturing process!

Composed of high quality ABS plastic, imported from Japan - not fiberglass, not PVC!

Backed up by our superior customer service, before and after the sale!

All fairing set purchases made on the NiceCycle.com are shipped and delivered to your door within 12-15 business days.

So I want to make sure we all understand. NiceCycle claims to make their fairing kits with quality ABS from Japan - not China. So you wanted to return your kit, but you'd have to return it to CHINA - which must mean NiceCycle has a facility in CHINA that imports the ABS from JAPAN? That makes sense doesn't it.

All fairing set purchases made on the NiceCycle.com are shipped and delivered to your door within 12-15 business days.
Except the kit you ordered, of course.

Backed up by our superior customer service, before and after the sale!
Except when it comes to delivering the product on time. Delivering the product you ordered. Answering your phone calls. Answering your emails.

Honestly, I would be shouting on EVERY forum, Facebook and Twitter that this company is FULL OF SHIT!
