All and all not a bad deal (was he wearing gear?) , he will heal and the bike seams fixable. Glad he is okay.

Dang, I hate to see broken bones! Means he'll be out of commission for 8 weeks or so at best.
That's about the best looking scooter I've ever seen after a highside. Usually a highside results in that unforgiving tumbling effect that leaves broken plastic scattered about. Looks like it may have only scratched up the right side a little?

Forget the novacaine, wheres the morphine! I think the worst part is the aches and pains the day after a crash. Looks like he may have low sided or laid it down to miss something. Wish both him and the bike a speedy recovery.
