i did this. I also Relocated my airhorn compressor to inside the nose. It was leaving a big indentation on the radiator and was afraid it would bust through. I also installed Switchback leds 30 SMT bulbs (no pics yet)

So far I've installed new forks, triple trees upper and lower, radiator, V cowl, fairing stay and instrument cluster. I had to modify the cluster by drilling holes where the mounting tabs were broken off an used bolts washers and nuts to attach it to the fairing stay. I then put load on the engine to make sure there were no leaks in the radiator and that the fan kicked in when it got to the proper temperature. I lightly sanded the front wheel I got from Gary and painted it and the front rotor the same color black. I am waiting on a rotor in the mail then I'll prep and paint it to match, then paint the caliper a flat black and install the front wheel and bleed the brake lines.
