    You can pull it and be perfectly fine. No worries and it is easy as pie. I've replaced a few pans and sumps due to wheelies gone bad at the track!

    I got a question Ron. What I have is a leaking push rod rubber between the sump and block. I have to split it too replace it. When I undo those bolts and pull the sump away, will shiot tumble out everywhere you reckon? or is it just the oil pickup? Ever spilt the block at that point?
