Image Resizer Powertoy for Windows XP
By far the easiest image resizer out there. Simply right-click on any picture on your computer and in the pop-up box the option to resize pictures will be right there in the windows menu. No more opening seperate programs, no more dragging & dropping or up-loading then resizing. Best part - IT'S FREE.

well... I installed it and it doesn't seem to rely on IE....

PS... if you want a GOODER program.. more options
then try this out...
