Those are some nice bikes. I just got my new busa, 06 stretched 6 inches, TRE, lowered, and power commander. I am wanting my wife to be able to ride with me so I bought a strut. I have no t put in own yet though. I only do commute rides and no track days. Will be strut be ok? I willpost pics later when i get home. I left my phone at home with my pics on it.

Mohlman here... my 2005 Busa is being shipped from San Jose to Northern VA, should be here next week. First Busa and I don't even have it in my garage and looking at mod options. I'll be asking for good sites to buy parts!

Thought I'd say Hi from the UK.
I've just got my first 'busa - a K2 registered in '03, blue & silver with 10,000 miles on it. I've wanted a Hayabusa since they first came out, now I've got one to go with my TL1000R and mildy 'fightered Honda X11! No pics yet - I'm having too much fun riding it, I'll get a pic at some point.
Sorting out a couple of problems it came with - loose saddle and suspension set up like a hardtail!! Making it my own - shorty levers, TRE & tinted front indicators on order already, more stuff to come as money allows.

Hello, new here. Current Yamaha FJR1300 rider coming to the dark side. Selling the old girl as she is just too comfortable. (is that possible?) It was my first bike and had a lot of good times and many long tours. Just found I was living more and more above 4k. Cornering left a little to be desired when push comes to shove. Hot rodder at heart and very few go fast parts for that bike. I live at almost 5000 ft and when I got to sea level the power became addicting. When I got home from those sea level trips I tried to find a way to get that same power, not happening. I knew the busa was in my cards, so looking at gen 2 bikes now. Funny how all my mods are already picked out and saved to favorites. I want to tour, 600 mile days being about right. Leaning towards orange and black. Will post picts when I get it, thanks for listening.

Hello all,
My name is Rick and I live in Kentucky. I am new to the Bussa world but have been driving a bike for about 18 years. I have always wanted one if these but not until I got some experience under my belt. I love this bike, it is everything I thought it would be. It's an 05, 6" stretch' power commander, Yoshi pipe and that is pretty much it. 6000 miles and not a lot of mods, just what I was looking for. With being new to the Bussa I am sure all of you can teach me alot.

Hi All:
I'm a newbie to this forum. This past weekend I bought a 2007 black 'Busa with 11K miles from the local dealer. Stopped by on a whim just to check out what they had and an hour later I traded them my 650 Ninja for the busa. I had turned the Ninja into a wheelie bike, but got bored with it after a year or so.
I also have a Vmax and a Triumph Rocket which I added a supercharger to and then later a sidecar. I have no intention of letting either of them go, however, as each is still a blast to ride.
Anyway, I hope to find all sorts of wisdom and wit here as I do on my other forums.

PS: I have attached some pics. The ones of the Busa are from the dealer's web site that I just grabbed since I have not yet snapped any myself. I don't know much about the Busa, but it looks as though the prior owner has done some good stuff to it. The other two bikes I completely customized myself from stock. -GL
