Thats a Harley concept bike from the early 80's, I dont remember what it was called, but I remember it was a smaller 1000cc? and it was water cooled.... HD hasnt had many concepts , especially water cooled.... obviously it went no where...
Heres one that will be a stumper {unless your a bunky [thats a bike junky}

It was called the suzuki Nuda, awesome bike, way ahead of there time.... I had a poster of this one when I was a kid....

Too easy, although I cant remember the exact name it was before the Nuda which was 86 so probably 84/85 and it was called something like the Falconcrustyco {seriously} I remember this because the Hayabusa is a falcon and if zuke ever produced that bike, they would have to change there name to crusty co.

ZX on the side is a big giveaway, you should phtoshop that off, but the Extra points should be gven to the true motorcycle guru because I know this ugly machines name, lol the S is for spartan or spartacular or something....

Very good. Close as. That is a Spartacus. Prototype from 94. It was pretty cool because it was one of the few that actually ran. They did cheat, it was based on a ZXR750.
