I'm cruising my old neighbor-HOOD and stopped to talk to someone that i still knew over there. While I'm there I see guys walking by and they all have the same tattoo, The handicap symbol with the word "RETARDED" underneath. I have to ask... My friend tells me they are part of the "4 way stop sign click". Partly because where they all hang is at the corner of a 4 way stop sign. OooKay, But what does that have to do with the handicap tattoo with the word "RETARDED" underneath? ..I ask. He says lets ask one. I says as long as it doesn't start trouble, lets. We stop one and my friend asks him why the handicap tattoo and what does it mean. He says, It means I'm Retarded ***** and I'm gonna be Retarded for life. Me my friend laughed so hard I could not breath. The young retard walked off like he had no clue to what was so funny.
