Today on U.S. 27 there was a motorcycle accident just north of I-75. I am not sure of what happened, I turned north on U.S. 27 and traffic was stopped and several bikes were on the right shoulder of the road. Traffic was not to backed up at this point. Me and my dad pulled over to wait out the traffic with other riders. After being stopped about ten minutes, a helicopter air lifted the rider(s) off. If any one knows what happed please post it up. Anyway on to the road rage. As the traffic started to move, several bikes including me and my dad merged into traffic. One of the guys stopped with us (whom I did not know before today) was ahead of me on a yellow GSXR 1000 in the right lane, tried to merge into the left lane when a guy and his wife in a SUV tried to prevent the rider from merging. The rider was sucsessful in merging but only moved into the left part of the right hand lane, at this point the SUV squeezed him to the centerline and pulled up behind the car in front of him, cutting off the bike and almost hitting him, The bike just slowed down letting the SUV pass, got in behind the SUV, then him and his buddy made a u-turn. I did not pay much attention after that. As traffic passed the accident scene, and resumed normal speeds, the SUV went ahead. When my dad and I cleared the traffic (both in the left lane, my dad about a bike and half behind me) we got up to about 75 MPH and where passing the SUV that was in the right lane, as I passed, the SUV cut over abruptly cutting my dad off, causing him to lock up the brakes. I saw this happen and moved over to the right as quicly as possible, and checked the rearview mirror for my dad. As I was looking for my dad the SUV cut right in front of me barely missing my front wheel. After seeing that my dad was OK, I sped up along side the SUV and looked over into his window (bad idea). The driver of the SUV flipped me off, and I returned the gesture (another bad idea), then the driver of the SUV swerved into my lane while I was along side of him, this happened no less than six times, trying to run me off the road, or at least scare me into thinking he would, all with my dad following behind, watching the whole thing unfold. I was able to get my dad along side of me ahead of the SUV, and we proceeded at the speed limit of 65MPH, along side of a pickup truck. This caused the SUV driver to get more enraged. He took the shoulder, around the pick up, and sped off. I motioned for the driver of the pick up, who wittnessed the whole thing to call the police. He handed to the phone to his wife, and gave me the thumbs up. Me and my dad sped up and followed the SUV into South Bay. The SUV pulled into a parking lot, me and my dad followed. The SUV quicley backed up trying to get away. We once again followed him at a safe distance. I noticed a Palm Beach County Sherriff on the side street, and so did the SUV. He turned onto the side street and alongside the oncoming Deputy. I sopped behind him, and as I heard him tell the deputy he was scared because we were following him and his wife, and did not know why, I (while tring to get my helmet off) yelled to the officer not to let them get away. The officer backed his cruiser, blocking the street in front of the SUV, while me and my dad blocked him from behind. We each took turns explaning our side of the story. I told the officer, I would have called 911, but could not on the bike, so I followed him until I found a cop. After listening to both sides, and seeing how upset my dad was after watching this guy act like he did cutting into my lane, I think the cop believed us more than the guy in the SUV. After all why if I was in the wrong would I have not just sped away, leaving the SUV behind (I know I should have done that anyway. Let the flames begin.). Anyway another deputy showed up, and after a few call to dispatch, they said it all happened out of thier juristiction, and we needed to return to Broward County to file a report. I asked them to take my info and the SUV drivers info in case he did not return to Browad County, which they did. A we were waiting the guy on the yellow GSXR 1000 and his buddy rode by. I flagged them, and they made a u-turn, and came over. I explained to the officer I did not know these guys, and they did not see what happened to me and my dad, but to ask them what happened to them before they had a chance to hear what just happened to me and my dad. The other two riders were somewhat puzzled, until they noticed the SUV, and they told the officers what had happened to them. At this point another officer pulled up, and we had to repeat everything to him, after doing so he asked me if I wanted to press charges on driver of the SUV, and I said yes. He then had to call FHP to take the report beacause again it was out of Palm Beach Countys juristriction. After about another hour two FHP officers arrived, took statements, but did not make any arrest. They informed us that because they did not witness the incedents, they could not arrest anyone. They said they will fill out a report, and turn in our statements to the state attorneys office, and the will decide how to proceed. I know everyone says that they did nothing wrong, bla, bla, bla. But all I did was pass this guy at about 10MPH over the speed limit ( non threatning). I guess maybe he was mad about some of the other bikes weaving in and out of traffic, or that he had to wait while the motorcycle accident was cleared, but took out his anger on me. Even if it was some one on a bike bike acting up, he has no right to do waht he did. He could have killed somone. I do not kow the other rider(s) who were hurt in the accident. I heard was a guy and a girl. My thoughts and prayers go out to them and thier family. I am real glad I made it home safe, and got to hug my 4 year old son, no thanks to the a**hole in the SUV. By the way, I have been licensed and activly riding motorcycles for 25 years, and my dad for over 40 years. I don't know how long the other to guys who stopped and told the officers their side of the story but they were both in thier late 40's (not kids), no offense to anyone. I will let you know what happens, if anything. Stay safe.

Because after he tried to run me off the road three or four more times I finally got pissed off and rode up along side him and kicked the sh1t out of the side of his cage and tried like h3ll to get him to pull over but he wouldn't, there is a little car running around here that has a big dent in his passenger door that is real careful of riders now though.
